Subject: [CR] Cornelo and Mavic SSC questions

Good day all,

While spring seems to begin over here, at long last, I have some questions about a bike I recently acquired. The bike itself is a bit of a mess, but it has interesting features.

Pics are here: http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/Freeks-racefietsen/Cornelo/

The frame is a Cornelo I believe (brand name of Kokke Sport Sint Willebrord, Netherlands) judging by the engravings in fork crown and seatstay caps. If anyone can confirm, or correct me on this, please do. And any other info on what you is also very welcome. Frame is probably Columbus SL or SP, seatpost is 27.2 mm. Info from Kokke Sport is not available unfortunately, Henk Kokke sold the company 5 years ago, and Kokke himself I can't trace.

The other thing is the Mavic SSC front derailleur. Not the derailleur itself, but the way it is attached to the seattube. A proprietary braze-on part? Yes, I have fallen into the trap of French weirdness again! Does this make the frame suited for this and only this derailleur? Wow, what a great way to create uniqueness! Enlighten me please!
