I got my first look at the Velo Orange Paris Brest Paris rim -- first look meaning the first wheel is built and the second one almost done -- and they are nice!
Shiny and silver, low-key graphics. A little deeper than a Mavic MA-2, but for a readily available rim, they are a great choice for a classic rider. Can a rim be KOF? Classic rims are harder and harder to find in NOS condition, and when you do find them, do you want to ride them? But many of us actually ride the classic bikes we own (or borrow, Thanks Marty), and those classic rims can get bent and/or worn out.
