Thanks to those who responded. I have obtained the DT and TT decals (the Elite still used a metal headbadge) and a small PDG decal for the downtube.
Looking at the catalog photos, the ST decals seem to have varied. Sometimes the PDG decal was near the bottom of the ST, sometimes near the top in the position where a tubing decal often appears. When the PDG decal was at the bottom, sometimes there was a tubing decal at the top, but at least one catalog photo shows a round "Schwinn Quality" decal at the top of the seattube. The catalog photos pretty consistently show two sets of championship bands center top and center bottom, flanking the area where the old Schwinn panel decal was located. The bands in the late 60's and early 80's were at the top and bottom of the panel, but by 1973, the panel had disappeared, leaving the bands only. The bands seem to be blue, yellow, black, green, and red, each separated by a thinner white band. My Paramount Elite shown here has the tubing decal at the top of the ST, the PDG decal at the bottom, and the DT decals, but is missing the TT decals, which I have now obtained, and the bands, which were not included.

Anyone know a source for the Paramount-type championship bands, with the color sequence they used? Greg Softley has several band decals, but last time I looked, I don't think he had one quite like the Paramount version. Also, anyone know a source for the round "Schwinn Quality" decal?
