Hi all. A bike buddy recently purchased a "first generation" repainted Colnago frameset from Italy. He's curious if anyone can certify that it is indeed a Colnago and what year it is. There are club cutouts in the sides of the headlugs which aroused his curiosity. Are these for real? Do they help date it?
