I've been using him for the past several years. Just had a bunch of pre-war Schwinn Paramount parts done in the last couple of months. He's still in business and does nice work for a fair price. He usually has a backlog of 3 or 4 weeks. I've asked him to go easy with the buffing on the Schwinn markings on cranks, stems, seatposts, etc., and he's done very well.
