I know for a fact that English is taught as a mandatory second language in Thai schools. Also, my own experiences in Thailand did not lead me to the same conclusions. Now, in this country . . . . . . . .

I suspect that he (Mr Faro) speaks better Dutch and probably a spattering of better French and German than do you or I. Perhaps more to the point, is this kind of sneering humor valuable or even ON TOPIC for this group of supposedly gentle and mutually supportive bike geeks?
