Hello Jeff,

I think it is Columbus SL. There are no Gios built in low quality steel. ( The paintjob is a different thing). Gios do exist in "blue" ( although there are more blue-tones than one should think at a glimpse, the "typical Gios blue" is not that typical through the time line. ) and black, red and also white Gios frame colours are known.
