John , you are going what you say you are.! I think you are confusing the 'Honking rubbers' with 'honking buttons' The rubbers are rubber hoops that go around the hoods of brake levers. That's what Pete had replicated. Originals by Shockstops. The Buttons are approx 1 1/2'' long round thingies that attach to the bars with the same type of clamp as brake levers and give something to get your fingers round when honking uphill on your brakeless hillclimber.
