Ok, Raleigh experts, exactly what model was this before Peter had his way with it? I'm guessing a 1973 Competition due to the Capella lugs and the sloping fork crown. Some 1973 Internationals had these lugs but not the sloping fork crown. Of course, he could have switched out the fork. I bet the serial number starts with an "A" or "H". BTW Peter, it looks beautiful.
