Hi Michael, it may be a Argos......or perhaps a Brian Rourke, they come from the same area as 'Swinnerton cycles' in Stoke on Trent....famous for fine English pottery [the area, not Swinnertons!]

Aende also specialised in pure time trial frames, as did others such as myself at Woodrup's, but we never did anything as radical as this one.
