IMO the perception of "premium" for older bikes that require (what some call) "correct" wheels, tires, saddles, etc etc while wonderfully exuberant seems almost intentionally naive. Dale's call of one set of comments as "shill" was dead-nuts on...even if the poster had no intention of promoting that sale. Proper wheels and tires and saddle for this paramount would cost a TON to find. Ferruled fiamme track rims are exhorbitantly expensive now, At least half what the frameset (with later-period bits) was bid to the last time! We dance around the idea of "value" in hard dollar amounts sometimes, but sitting back and allowing for the chance that new collectors will/may get snowed seems somehow also contrary to the CR.

All that said I'd love to own it, but the price of entry's way too steep even for me!
