The N.Rec./S.Rec. cage has the upper pulley almost straight up from the cage pivot, but the cage pivot is farther away from the freewheel. The Rally parallelogram puts the cage pivot closer to the cogs, but the upper pulley is more like behind the pivot rather than above it.

So when you put the N.Rec. cage on the Rally, the upper pulley will probably be too high, and hit on the cogs.

Try it and see. I got it to work on a bike that had Art Stump dropouts, because they have a longer-than-normal derailleur hanger. It shifted very well and looked awesome.
