Does anyone still make 700C inter tubes with short valve stems?

It seems that shops only want to stock tubes with the very long threaded valve stems that are necessary for deep section aero rims. That's fine if that's what you need, but they look a bit strange on more classic rims - since there is often a couple of inches of "extra" length sticking out.

It also seems that the stem length on sewups available today are also longer that what was available in the past.
