I had a pair of the VAR lockring pliers that I loved. Unfortunately, they stolen in a burglary along with all the rest of my tools. I'd love to buy another pair if anyone knows a source.

Nope, it's for trimming spoke ends on the inside of old clincher rims and some tubular rims too.
