Hi

The Porta Catena (no 'g') lever has a little alloy finger trigger alongside the normal lever which releases it, to go backwards to allow the rear gear mech more travel, thereby moving the chain onto the half moon hanger to allow quick removal of the rear wheel. Naturally, it was developed for rapid wheel chnages in races.

I have had them in the past and they work well.
