DO Not Use Steel Wool on Chrome! Your chrome will be destroyed!! Use aluminum wheel polish like Mothers. Also, you can use a folded up piece of aluminum foil. Remember, always use something softer. Always use something softer, not harder than the chrome or paint, or you will be terribly dissappointed. John Proch La Grange, Texas

Listers and Listees:

Recently acquired a wheelset with 36-hole Phil Wood hubs.  The hubs spin great but there is a slight bit of oxidation on the outside body of the hub.  Any ideas about how to remove this oxidation?  I tried 00 steel wool with no success.  If you have some ideas let me know please.
