Mike,

You'll probably have to use a drift to knock that bad boy out. First, the threaded section usually comes off and then you put an appropriately sized drift pin on the end right where the threads broke off. Hit it nice and solid with a pretty big hammer. It's a good idea to support the bottom of the arm with something so you're not putting all that hitting force into the bearing surfaces.
