I may have missed some of this thread, so I will interject (even if it's been said) that Scott is now part owner of the Blue Wheel Bike Shop in Charlottesville, VA.

He occasionally makes a frame but a few years back was very active. We sold his frames through our store and I have one of his in my collection. http://www.classicrendezvous.com/USA/paisley_main.htm

He started out by going to England and worked briefly at Holdsworth, then back to Ohio and then to his first wife's family's farm/commune south of Charlottesville. During that period, he made filet brazed frames for Fisher Mountain Bikes (pre-Trek purchase)

While I am not particularly crazy about that rounder lug look in that For Sale frame; his later frames are very elegant, many with a unique seat cluster treatment reminiscent of 1950s & 60s Italian bikes. http://www.classicrendezvous.com/USA/paisley/Paisleycustom/seat_cluster_1.html

AND he is a super nice person....

Kyle- Scott also built for a short while in the Legend Creek shop. It shared a building with Euclid Bike Shop. Now all are gone.
