Subject: [CR] benelux derailleur tooth difference range

When I first setup my Benelux mark 7 it seemed to work, sort of, and I thought that with some twiddling the whole thing would come together. Now that I've twiddled, shifting is horrible. The freewheel is a 5 speed 13-21 and the chainrings have 38 and 48 teeth. Is the difference in teeth too much? Right now, on the small chainring, I can get all five rear sprockets and in the lowest gear I have three rivets showing between the sprocket and the jockey (9t) cage sprocket. To shift to the large (48t) chainring I have to be on the 15t sprocket or smaller.
