I've got a couple bikes (brand D) made with 130 spacing, where I've just put a longer axles in what were NR 126 hubs, with an extra 5 mm spacer on the left. Fits 6 or 7 freewheel, with the added bonus of low dish. Phil Wood used to make longer skewer shafts to fit Campy ends. I think I could persuade them to make some again if I ordered enough. Or you could just squash the frame back down to 126 easily enough.
