I have a '68 P-10 with non-chrome Prugnat lugs and it's original paint. It can be seen at - http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/vintagespoke/My+Bikes/

At Rich's link, Rich asked an interesting question, "...were any Prugnat headlugs chromed?" My all-chrome '71 P15 has chrome Prugnat but what about painted versions?

Also, this now extended Prugnat timeframe of at least 1967 to 1971, makes me dubious of a reported rationale for Prugnat being shortage of Nervex Pro rather than Schwinn simply wanting to speed-up bike-boom production by using lugs that didn't require as much work...same reason they didn't use the Nervex BB-shell. I wonder if anyone can report when and if the Paramount ever used a Nervex shell?
