Subject: [CR] Update on framebuilding sittuation

Following on from the tremendous support I recieved from you guys a while back, when I announced I was being made redundant from Thorn cycles............ I can now happily report and confirm that my future in framebuilding is looking just fine!

As of next month I will be once again working with Steve Woodrup at the shop in Leeds...there's quite a bit of work to do to bring the frame shop up to scratch, but its an exciting prospect and I'm looking forward to 'creating' some fine KOF type frames.......I'm hoping to design and introduce a special frame to commemorate Maurice Woodrup, who founded Woodrup cycles not long after the 2nd world war......but first, there's much to do to bring things up to date, the website will need revising for one thing.

As for 'Sayles' frames.......I will continue to build the occaisional frame, mainly for my own use, I still have several projects to fulfill.......but my thoughts and energy will now be directed to building Woodrup frames........however, someone in the USA now has the chance to purchase the only 'kevin Sayles' badged frame over there!......as our listmeister Dale will be taking a 853 bi-laminate frame to this weekends Cirque, its the only one of its kind......and one of only eight 'Sayles' frames [other than my own personal collection]....... so anyone going to the Cirque take a look........

I wish I was able to attend the Cirque myself.....maybe one year, but for now I want to thank Dale for his kind assistance.......and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who offered support and encouragement at a time when I really needed it.......there's just too many of you to reply to individually, so I hope you get to read this.

Thanks, and cheers
