Well, I admit that I have been a bit generous with them and other foreign members, because I know they sometimes do not get the nuances that the CR list rules require.
In this particular case, this is a mistake that they will not be able to correct until they get back and I think a bit of understanding is possible, no?
As far as past transgressions, I have monitored Mirella's posts and I do not think she have been particularly repetitive... The sign off part is probably true and I will communicate that to them as well as I can. They really do not speak English very well but are very charming people who will happily comply once an understanding is reached.
What I DO get upset with is people who join, with no language barrier at all, yet who do not read or pay the slightest bit of attention to the rules, and then argue with or insult me when I ask them to comply. Now THAT irks me deeply!! :)
