Mutt. Looks like a pre three hole SC that's been extensively mucked about with. Brake cable guides, '80s aero shifter and FD BOs, even rear brake bridge wrong, with an '80s look paint job. My wild guess: Probably an early '60s SC or Mod. B (something about the fork looks maybe wrong to me too) that was sent for extensive modding/repairs in the '80s and came back after a few hard whacks with il bastone brutto.
