Michael,

This is the first inquiry about these bikes I've yet seen.

I bought one recently. It has painted lettering, not decals.

Mine uses the name "POLCH" only on head and downtubes. The letters are "shadowed" along the right and bottom edges, more heavily along the bottom. Letters are black, shadowing is a gold/brown hue.

Thes are very special frames, employing exquisite brazed lugwork at the ends of the unique MACSTEEL composite tubes, along the lines of the later, 1990's "Welded Carbon Fiber" employed briefly by Diamondback. You probably know that already.

Let me know if you need a photo. I'd sure like to see pictures of any other Polchlopek bikes.
