I have this ruby red mid? 80's 3Rensho road frame/fork for sale, $500 plus actual shipping. Frame measures 52cm center to top, and the top tube is 53cm. It's in good condition. I purchased it from Yellow Jersey a number of years ago, (before the internet made importing frames from Japan easier!) The BB has been faced for the mavic threadless unit, but the english threads are intact, there is no reason you couldn't use a standard bottom bracket. I can send pics if you'd like clarification.
There are a few small nicks, shop wear and chips, but overall looks very good. I never got around to building up this frame, too many other projects took over. The frame has been built, and was sold to me as a "demo" model, it clearly has seen some use, there are signs it's got some rubs and such on the paint, but I'm not sure if any real milage has been put on it. It looks fantastic in the photos, but it's not a NEW frame, it's obviously been built, and it's got some wear of a frame that's 25 years old, been moved around a bit.
It would be great to see someone score this frame and make a nice rider out of it.
