i bought a used 10speed race bike in pomona ca.in 1958. fairly fancy lug work,steel cottered cranks,center pull brakes,chrome chain styes-lower fork legs,alloy rims with pecking on braking surface,leather saddle ,alloy bars and stem no braze ons for racks or fenders, metalic bronze-copper color,lug stripping.the only name i remember on it was ALPINA .was one of the best riding bikes i have owned ,as nice as my 62-63 paramount,italvega super light,italvega super record.etc has any one heard of this brand? kurt skelton eureka ca.
