Offered to CR members is a really lovely 1960s road bike and a stack of older NOS parts.

I can take payment a number of ways - Paypal or cheque in GBP, cash sent registered post, Traveller\u2019s cheques in $, direct bank transfer within the UK or European Iban bank transfer. I will always combine shipping in order to reduce costs.

All prices are in UK GBP Frames cost 80 GBP to ship to the USA, 100 GBP to ship to Australia/New Zealand and 11 GBP within the UK.

With the pound being low in value these are a real bargain... for US and European buyers. Paypal is quoting 1.50$ to 1 GBP.

MACLEAN ROAD BIKE c1960/1 Seat Tube (ctt): 56cm (22in) Top Tube (ctc): 56.5cm (22.25in) Rear dropout width: 120mm Wheel size: Sprints/700C (brake drop 59mm) Seatpost size: 27.2mm Frame Tubing: Reynolds 531 double butted This is a very original Maclean road bike from c1960/61 - only the seatpost and rear gear are not original. To find road bikes of this quality and in this condition is unusual to say the least. Maclean (see http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/macleans.html for more details) were one of the pioneer light cycle framebuilders in the UK and were in business by about 1919. This frame is really exceptionally nice with lots of cool and gorgeous details. - see the top eyes and seatstay bridge stiffeners as well as the careful attention to detail with the Nervex Pro lugs. The chrome is very good on the headlugs and fork crown and will clean up nicely - its less good on the seatstays and chainstays - the paint is in very acceptable condition but has quite a few marks. It is equipped with Ambrosio stem and I would guess bars, Universal 61 centre pull brakes, Stronglight 49D chainset, Brooks saddle. The rear gear is a Campag Nuovo Record - I can replace this with a period Gran Sport if required. Wheels are the large flange Campag Record hubs without the Record engraving so from the correct period with period correct sprint rims. 325 GBP

BARELLI B10 PEDALS with stainless steel platforms and I think cartridge bearings... These did have a dedicated cleat but are also ideal for using without cleats. I think this pair have cartridge bearings, later Barellis used cup and cone bearings. The pedals are lightly used and the bearings perfectly smooth. Made in the UK in the late 70s A rare and cool pedal 65 GBP http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r77/hilarystone/Barelli-B10-pedals.jpg
