Most lists this size have at least a couple of other moderators for the very reason Dale states, he has a life and can't be monitoring every single post. I also have a further suggestion. If somebody here feels strongly enough that a member has broken the rules or made a questionable post, just send them a friendly PRIVATE email instead of calling them out publicly on the list.
