This has sparked my increasingly unreliable memory, and I've checked with a contact here in the UK, who said some time ago that he was planning to make now-obsolete spares. True to his intentions, he can now offer the following replacement pattern parts:
Airlite hub cones Durax chainring bolts Williams sleeve bolts Gnutti chainring bolts Harden hub axles Washers for Tecalemit oilers on Harden hubs Brampton Alatet pattern headsets
and various other items he couldn't bring to mind.
It was a long and rambling conversation, on various topics, and I can't remember whether he can offer, or intends to make, Lytaloy headset components (other than the alloy top nut). I also forgot (!) to ask whether the items HE couldn't remember include Chater chainset bolts, but I wouldn't be at all surprised.
