I've never seen such a thing. That doesn't mean that it doesn't exist, but I'd want to be *really* careful if they did. In typical use, brake cable loading is quite a bit higher than loading on derailleur cables, and if the bracket slips, the "virtual housing" gets shorter, and you have no rear brake any longer. That might explain the lack of them in the marketplace.
