This frame has been for sale off and on for quite some time. It is not worth much as comparable to a Peugeot UO 8. I fancy Merciers but this is blatant dishonesty. I previously wrote the seller about the frame and at that time he was claiming it cost a lot. If he is such a bike mechanic he would know; 1. It would not have been imported as a frame and not a full bike and that it was of little or no significance. 2. If he did in fact pay the money he did for it he is too lacking in intelligence to be dealt with rationally. I pity those who are not informed and think they are. I really abhor the stupid but I absolutely feel hate for the thieves who attempt to prey on others by their scams as I believe this is. Let this one go. It is not for anyone who does not wish to toss their money away!
