Actually looks like a Lotus Pro ( from 1981). But alot of builders used the fairing behind the head tube; is it formed steel or puttied up? The Cinelli Lasers, beautiful as they were had alot of bondo shaping the head tube fairing. Alan Bernstein, New York City, watching a gorgeous game between Uruguay and the Netherlands
