Sorry, Alan, but this isn't an RRA crankset for the post-war 1948-54 RRA. It's a Raleigh CLUBMAN crankset c. 1948-1952. Or, as per today's topic, chainset in British parlance. The RRA chainset was a far more delicate creation and was a modification of the classic Williams C1200 chainset and looks like this:

Indeed, it is believed these were, in fact, made by Williams and they have apparently sequential stamping nos. to C1200s endorsing this.
The Clubman chainset you have was also made, sans the cute little heron heads, for the Rudge Aero Clubman and the Humber Beeston Clubman and was also used on the Raleigh Lenton Sports and its Rudge and Humber variants.
