This year's resolution is to get some projects finished up and back on the road--no wall queens, no bike room derelicts, only riders for 2010.
So, to get my 1980 or so Trek back on the road, I need a Cinelli stem, 80-90mm, and a 6 or ultra7 freewheel, 13-24 or 26. I bought this bike sight unseen to salvage some small parts. WHen it arrived, it was 531 throughout and Nuovo Record, but looked like it had been ridden back and forth through hell a couple of times. Too good to strip, but it needs work to get back on the road.
I'm looking for really ugly parts, all the road rash and velo-leporesy that's been polluting your parts boxes. It just needs to work.
Second, are there any on-topic shops or collections in the Camden, New Jersey area?
