Mark, I popped into the Rossignoli shop in Milano while there in 2007. I asked if they "had any shop stickers around that I might buy/have as souvenirs" and they were kind enough to send me home with a few stickers indeed...a couple of downtube panels and headtube stickers! Perhaps they still have a couple older ones kicking around in a drawer somewhere? Maybe it'd be worth getting an Italian-speaking bud to help write an email and request one directly from them?
