That's simply a standard Brooks Team Professional, made sometime early/mid 1984. The 'B.84' quoted by the seller is a mis-identification of the date-code, stamped on the saddle's cantle plate. It's not uncommon for ignorant eBay sellers to confuse these date-codes with the model numbers - usually when the code contains a 'B', of course.
