... well, not us. we did several projects with them a'ways back. a jack taylor tourist frame complete re-do, a complete 1948 urago track bike, and an old legnano with that lime-green paint. they also sourced all the nos parts needed to build up an old period bates.
... they ain't cheap, and they can take some time ... but they've always been super good to me.
