I also concur that this is a 3Rensho-built frame. I've sold two such frames in the last year for quite a bit more than that. They were both in excellent condition, so this is a good buy indeed if it is in good condition. For what it's worth, I didn't like the way my 56 cm. model rode, so I had no qualms in selling that one.
