Subject: [CR] My restoration project - mystery bike (progress update)

Hi guys, following my initial email on 18/5 I received a number of email concerning my Mystery Bike with Peter Brueggeman's suggestion that it could be a Dan Genner bicycle as per the pictures at the bottom of http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/builders/excel2collierswood.html

The lugs in the above link are exactly the same lugs, (also the picture bike has no head badge), the articles comment also mention about the very thin seat stays and the way the seat stay tapers and angles across the seat lug is identical to the catalogue page.

For reference my pictures are at http://www.flickr.com/photos/jekyll700sx/

Thank you all for your input, I couldn't be happier.

I'm now keen to find out more about Dan Genner Cycles but the net has limited information - can you suggest another research source.

Regards
