It doesn't have the "star" profiled tubing, so I don't having any other info that would be worrying. There were a batch (very few) mid-late 80s Paletti's where the brazing didn't completely fill in all the way around where the chainstay's entered the bb shell - paint covered up the gaps.

This one is not it...so unless someone else pipes in with a negative - good luck!
