thank you for the info, chas and off-list responses

i realized after i sold that bike to you it couldn't have found a better home. i read alot of cr last year! the C37 i sold you came to me from another list member here in portland.

i'll look for the evapo-rust. the wire wheel seemed harsh to me too. is a wire wheel ever a good choice for removing paint or corrosion from frames? sounds like at leat nicer frames with lighter tubing maybe no?

anyone got thoughts on this?
