A strap made of Velcro fabric. Just wrap it around the wheel and down tube. A little more expensive than the Pergolizzi system but with less sting.

I stack my bicycles 3-high on a home-built bike rack.

The forks and handlebars always seem to turn into each other.

The middle bike has an old Rhode Gear(?) front wheel lock. It barely works but is timeline compatible.

Besides string, is there any good device for keeping the front wheel and handlebars in-line?
