I can answer #2 for you... - Essentially, a 60mm Nitto stem would measure as 67mm using the Cinelli method. That's probably close enough. I don't know whether Nitto made anything that short, although SR did. Whether the SR stems fit 26mm or 25.4mm bars is yet another story. In general, the SR stems were not as well finished as the Nitto products.

As for #1... - I'd have to go to the "dungeon" and inspect the entire contents of my stem collection, but I doubt I have any Nitto stems that aren't already on bicycles.
