I have a first generation Record FD, the one with the two screws which secure the upper and lower PIVOT ARMS TO THE UPPER AND LOWER THREADED POSTS OF the body.

The screws are part #'s 781 "spina superiore," and 783 "spina inferiore." They can be seen in Campagnolo Catalog 14 on the page with the Record FD exploded diagram.
