I was lucky enough to buy an authentic yellow slicker material cape from Martin Cooplabnd in Scotland from an ad off this list. It is my favorite piece of rain gear of all. In warmer weather when riding in shorts, and sandals with no socks I have stayed dry above the knees for several hours in hard rain. This tourist doesn't mind the lack of aerodynamic efficiency.
