What a tragic day for Dutch cycling.
I'm only glad that I've got a Bustraan built, one of the 1st that mr van der kaaij apprenticed on. I attempted to visit the RIH shop in Amsterdam when I was there a few years ago but alas it was a monday and they were closed.
