Pardon me if this bike is off-topic, I'm not really sure which is part of the reason I'm here.

This bike belongs to a relative of a former co-worker, with whom I recently re-established contact with. The story is that the relative's best friend, a lady, brought the bike over from Japan when she moved here with her husband in the late 70s or early 80s. She had the intention of racing here but never did, instead went back to Japan 7 or 8 years ago and left the bike to my friend's relative. I'd love to get the bike, which I've never seen except in the photographs that you see in the link above. I'm very curious about it. I've heard of Eimei related to track bicycles, but what is the "Morita" cast in the seat stay tops? What's your best guess as to the date of the bike, based on components?
The frame is Ishiwata CrMo with Campagnolo droputs & Campagnolo Super Record gruppo. The lugs appear to be nicely finished. Mavic OR 7 rims with Clement Criterium sew-ups. CInelli bars.
