Hello All, In regards to cleaning wheels, I've used Simple Green with good results. We all know by now that Simple Green will attack and destroy aluminum surfaces. The trick is to apply with a spray bottle and have the wheel next to a water source.I use the garage sink with the water running, spray on the SG let set for a few precious moments and scrub with a clothes dryer duct cleaner (basically a long -bristled mailable wand). Work fast, scrub, rinse and stay away from rim decals, as SG will eat them. Then dry/inspect with a bath towel. My method makes everything shiny again. Do not use SG on anodised components!
