Sean,

there are two solutions to your problem. The first idea is to find or buy like-NOS pedals and move everything over, even the ball bearing races (since the Ti super record pedals had a different ball bearing size than the superleggera pedals.)

I am pretty certain the only real difference in the pedal bodies is the pressed bearing races, see Campagnolo Catalog 17 for details:

The other solution is one that I alluded to a few days ago in my "Revlon Superleggera Pedals?" posting. Buy some black fingernail polish. From a recent experience I recommend that you might want to thin down the polish with acetone (or fingernail polish thinner which is just acetone, usually.)

Now that you have very thin black fingernail polish, mask the front and back of the pedals with blue 3M masking tape, and paint the tops (likely the main place where the pedals have become discolored due to cleat wear.) If there are any scuffs on the ends or on the quill, paint those too. My results look great !!
